Through the surokkha.gov.bd website, Coronavirus vaccine registration, vaccination card and vaccine certificate can be downloaded. There also a Apps named Surokkha for Corona Tika Registration (করোনা ভাইরাস কোভিড ১৯ টিকা রেজিষ্ট্রেশন) in BD.
The Corona Vaccine Registration has started again in Bangladesh by Surokkha and, the Application Process for the 1st and 2nd dose has started. As the age limit for vaccine registration has been reduced, so have the various categories. The Corona Vaccine Booster Dose has also been started in Bangladesh.
Covid 19 Vaccine Registration
The Students Corona Vaccine Registration 2022 has been Started. 12-17 Years School and College Students can be Registered for Vaccination by Birth Registration Number. 18 Years University Students or older than now can be Register for the Corona Vaccine (COVID-19 Vaccine). At present the age limit has been decreased to 18 for vaccine registration in Bangladesh for General Citizen. People of 18 years old or above can now register for the 1st dose Covid-19 vaccine. The Age limit will also be decreased to 18 years. Earlier the age was 25 years. The government has also started separate registration for foreigners and Expatriate (প্রবাসীদের জন্য ভ্যাকসিন রেজিষ্ট্রেশন). How can the corona Vaccine Registration be done?
The Coronavirus Vaccine Registration in Bangladesh can be done through the Surokkha website and Surokkha App. Surokkhga app can be download from google Playstore and Apple iTune. Interested persons can register by National Identity Card or Passport Number. Students can be Registered with BRC. Online registration can be done through www.surokkha.gov.bd registration website. However, only expatriates can register with passport. Others must completed their Registration with NID Number.
The Registration can be completed by downloading the Surokkha apps from the website as well as Google Play Store, iTunes. After completing the registration, the Surokkha gov bd vaccine card has to be downloaded, printed, and taken to the designated vaccination center.

After completion of Online Registration, the vaccination date will be given and other information will be send via SMS to the registered mobile number. The Covid 19 Vaccine Registration 2022 can be completed online through the www.surokkha.gov.bd application form website. This is the Only official website for COVID-19 Vaccine Registration of Bangladesh Government. There is no opportunity to register through any other alternative website. Follow the instructions below to register for the vaccine. The age limit for corona vaccine for people in Bangladesh has been raised to 25 years. Earlier, the age limit was 30 years. Students, who are 18 Years or Above, they can be now Registered for COVID-19 Vaccine through Surokkha Portal. School and College Students must be completed the Vaccination within 15 January 2022. The can be taken the Vaccine with any kind of Identity Card.
- First visit the government-designated website surokkha.gov.bd.
- Enter the Register for Vaccine option.
- Select your class from the identity verification option.
- Complete the security check by entering your national identity card number, date of birth.
- You will see your information if you are eligible for the vaccine.
- Enter your mobile number.
- Provide additional Information like your present health condition etc.
- Enter your current address (where you want to take the vaccine).
- Collect the vaccine card by submitting the Form.
Registration for expatriates / Foreigners
Expatriates and foreigners can complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Registration from the Surokkha Gov BD website as Surokkha probashi. For this, they have to complete the registration with their respective passports. Before that, the registration has to be completed through the "I am an expatriate (Ami Probashi)" app. Follow the steps below to register as an expatriate or foreigner.
- Enter the Surokkha Gov BD website.
- Select Registration (Passport) from the top menu.
- Select the class from the identity verification option (foreign nationals, expatriate Bangladeshi workers, and Bangladeshi students studying abroad).
- Select subcategory (if any)
- You can view your information by verifying your identity with your passport number and date of birth.
- Complete the registration with the required information and collect the vaccination card.
Things to do after registration
Collect your vaccine card by registering on the Surokkha gov bd website or app. The health department will inform you of the date of vaccination via SMS. Get vaccinated on the scheduled date at the vaccination center mentioned on your vaccination card. When you take your first dose, the health assistant or support staff will write down the date of the second dose. You will be able to collect the vaccine certificate by taking the 2nd dose on the scheduled date.
Vaccine Card Download
A vaccine card must be download after corona vaccine registration. Vaccine cards can be collected immediately or later. If you want to collect it later, you have to log in again with your national identity card/passport number and date of birth and download it.
- Access the Surokkha website or app.
- Enter your National Identity Card / Passport Number and Date of Birth.
- Complete the security check and press the Verify button.
- An OTP password will be sent to your mobile number.
- The vaccine card can be downloaded by entering the OTP code and submitting.
Registration Verification
You can check if there are any complications or problems with your registration. To do this, log in to the surokkha gov bd website with your national identity card/passport number or birth registration number and date of birth from the "Register Verification" option to see your registration status. Once the registration is complete, you can download the vaccine card. If not registered, it will have to be re-registered.
Vaccine Certificate Collection
If you have already received two doses of the vaccine you will be able to collect the vaccine certificate.
